How can I join the team?

To join our team, contact us to receive a cooperation offer. After its acceptance, we will ask you to send the required documents necessary for the contract. On the same day, you will receive an electronic signature contract. We will also start the configuration of the description station and training in the use of the system. The configuration process takes about 20-30 minutes, and the training is tailored to the individual needs of the doctor (average 60 minutes).

Does Telediagnosis specify a minimum number of described examinations?

There is no specific number of examinations to describe – it is the radiologist who decides on the scope and degree of involvement. We constantly coordinate the flow of examinations to best match the team’s capabilities to the needs of medical units.

Can a fixed schedule for assigning examinations to be described be established?

Yes, it is possible to establish a fixed schedule for assigning examinations to be described. Schedules are planned in monthly cycles, which allows for process optimization and better work organization. Thanks to this, both doctors and the Telediagnosis team can effectively plan their duties.

Can I report on an ongoing basis the desire to describe additional examinations?

Yes, doctors can request additional tests to describe. We are available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, which allows for flexible adjustment of the number of tests assigned to current time possibilities.

Can shifts be scheduled a month in advance?

Yes, it is possible to schedule shifts for a whole month in advance. This organizational system allows for effective schedule management and ensures continuity of service for medical facilities.

Can I report additional shifts outside the previously established schedule?

Yes, doctors can report their willingness to take on additional shifts at any time. Flexibility in working hours allows for the schedule to be adjusted to individual preferences and possibilities.

What are the requirements for a description station?

A description station should be equipped with a graphics card supporting at least 10-bit color depth. When describing classical radiology examinations, it is necessary to use two monochromatic diagnostic monitors with a minimum resolution of 3 MP. In addition, the monitors must be calibrated in accordance with the DICOM GSDF standard. In addition, current results of diagnostic monitor tests, carried out cyclically once a year, are required. After establishing cooperation, we provide support in organizing annual specialist tests.

Does the company provide the necessary hardware and software, or is it required to use your own resources?

The company can provide a descriptive station, but you can also use your own equipment. The software is fully provided by the company and includes a web-based descriptive system and DICOM viewers. Telediagnosis has a dedicated, recommended DICOM viewer, but allows you to connect another certified viewer at the doctor’s request.

How do you stay in touch with Telediagnosis?

You can easily and quickly contact us via a dedicated chat, and for those interested, also by phone. We are at your disposal 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

Can I work from anywhere?

You can work from any location, provided that you have access to a descriptive station and a stable internet connection, which allows you to comfortably perform your duties.

How far in advance should you report your vacation?

We kindly ask you to report your vacation plans as far in advance as possible. Early information about the dates of planned vacations (both longer and shorter) will help us to efficiently and effectively set shifts, which is crucial for ensuring appropriate staffing in the schedule and will allow us to maintain the continuity of the flow of planned tests.
